What to expect when you book.
Soft-book requests a time; it is not payment. You pay at the session (Orientation $199; Immersion $379; optional extra Immersion session $159).
Free reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancel or no-show releases the slot; we may ask for a deposit before holding another time.
Before any vehicle walkthrough, you’ll e-sign our client agreement on-site (after a short intro).
Sessions are driveway or meetup-lot owner coaching; you remain the licensed driver. This is owner coaching for licensed drivers in their own vehicle — not driver training — and we don’t provide mechanical advice.
